Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure Service Center tickets and daily work tasks are responded to and resolved in a very timely and professional matter.Provide desktop and A/V meeting support for on and off-site executive level meetings. Monitor client activity and trends in an effort to proactively address issues prior to impacting the client base.Maintain a strong knowledge of Blackberry technology and associated infrastructure.Support Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office suite of productsPossess strong audio/video and telephony skills. Partner with Madison and Collegeville A/V teams to ensure all requests/needs are met.Work closely with Madison and Collegeville shared services and appropriate support groupsMaintain thorough knowledge of Global Desktop Operation’s documentation and procedures related to daily support.Basic QualificationsBS/BA + 3 years or MS/MA + 1 year experience or equivalent working history.
