Education Records Processors Needed!
Looking to join an organization that recognizes individual contributions, promotes teamwork, and supports professional development? If so, then the Institute of Real Estate Management is the organization for you! Currently, we have two newly created positions available in our Education department.As an Education Records Processor, you would perform a variety of administrative activities that would support the efforts of our curriculum delivery team. Some specific duties would include:
·Monitoring receipt of course materials subsequent to course offerings.
· Inputting new course offering records and student records in IREM's central database (DMG).
· Processing all domestic course materials for home study, online, and all credentialing exams. Posting information to update course offering files, student transcripts, and instructor records in DMG.
· Fulfilling requests for post-course documentation, including transcript and reprint requests.
· Coordinating distribution of course, continuing education, and exam completion documentation to students.
·Filing all post-course data. Maintaining all faculty, course and exam offering files.
·Processing registrations for education programming including, but not limited to, Webinars.
In order to be considered for this position, we require candidates to possess an Associates Degree or equivalent experience and have at least 3 years office experience, preferably in data entry and/or customer relations.
