Responsibilities: Oversee the licensing and permits of the district's fleet, serve as a liaison, along with our sales force, for our customers regarding their invoice concerns. Manage district clerical staff. Provide Financial analysis and support for monthly financial processes. Overall responbibility for District Receivable management. Provide oversight of all District Billing Functions.
The following qualifications are required: HS Diploma - 2 year(s) of AS/400 experience 2 year(s) of payroll experience 2 year(s) of Supervisory (General/Misc-Experience) experience AS/400 (Computer Skills) Internet Word Outlook Excel Detail Oriented Flexibility Multi-tasking Month end analysis
