Dispatch Specialist

The responsibility of this role include:

Receives, records and distibutes work orders to service crews locally and / or nationally upon customer's request for service.

Specific duties include but are not linited to:

Dispatch orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments.

Prepares daily work order and distributes to service crew on a daily basis. Submits for approval in advance of activity date.

 

Schedules dispatch service calls and dispatches local and/or national service crews.

 

Answers and routes incoming customer calls to the right locations to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Calls customers to inform them of delays when technicians are running late are will not be able to perform the install.

 

Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service.

 

Keeps record of service calls and work orders, and updates inventory records to maintain accurate information.

 

Updates the CSG E Connect by exporting information to internal system. Categorizes information, finds errors that need to be corrected, and submits to higher level dispatch employees for approval.

 

Informs upper level dispatch employees of arising daily problems.

 

Provide accurate information regarding services available, and fees associated with those services, as appropriate.

 

Our DISH Network Dispatch department offers an environment that is very fast paced . Must be able to work well under pressure and have great attention to detail.
