Dispatch Router
TransportationRoute Planning & Dispatching
TOMRA, an industry leading International Recycling Company has immediate openings for a Router in the Rotterdam, NY Northeast Call Center. Primary responsibilities will include daily customer and driver interaction and daily/seasonal route planning through use of route optimization software. Must practice excellence in customer service and cost control. Strong communication and organization skills required.

Responsibilities
1. Actively participate in productivity improvement through effective route planning and transportation cost reduction initiatives
2. Maintain an accurate customer information database
3. Create daily driver route plans
4. Update and maintain optimized seasonal routing structures
5. Provide excellent customer service through organized communication and follow through of customer requests.
6. Achieve TOMRA Northeast schedule attainment goals through effective route planning and driver dispatching.
7. Provide trouble-shooting and real time solutions to minimize service disruptions/missed pickups in a cost effective manner
8. Create and maintain accurate record keeping for reporting and analysis purposes
9. Provide reporting on standard KPIs as required
