Educational requirements: B. S. Mechanical Engineering (Big 12 or Big 10 schools a plus) Helpful if individual spoke Mandarin and English3. Key industry experience requirements: 20 years of experience (after graduation from college) Person who has worked in a company with Integrated Supply Chain structure Two of the four items are needed:1. Person has served on a S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) team in a company with an Integrated Supply Chain function2. Proven dynamic, senior, management leadership experience demonstrated by leading the transportation and or inventory management of a growing, profitable company or division of a large company in an integrated supply chain role3. Proven experience and success at the senior management level, demonstrated by leading the negotiation and purchasing of mechanical components and systems in a purchasing role4. Experience in China4. Technical/functional requirements: APICs certified and fundamental understanding to manage Integrated Supply Chain information Proficient in use of Pre-Control quality process Understand MRP or Kanban technology- Sales & Operations Planning team experience Person with mechanical production and/or assembly process industry credibility Fundamental understanding of advanced, efficient mechanical production and assembly process technology & systems 5.
