Director of Global EventsDescription: Exciting opportunity for a Director of Global Events with a rapidly growing software company. This person will be responsible for planning corporate events such as large trade shows, global meetings, etc. Will manage site selections, negotiations, contracts, budgets and interact with outside suppliers. Will also work closely with and mentor regional event teams. The company offers a great work environment with an on-site gym and cafeteria. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate. Local candidates strongly preferred. Thank you.Requirements: This position requires 5-10 years experience working in event management or public affairs with international working experience. Must have exceptional time and project management abilities. Bachelor's Degree in related field. Will be required to travel up to 50%.
