Director, North American Facilities

Director of North American Facilities is a newly created role that is open due to expansion of the organizational structure. The main objective of this role is to ensure facilities and services are available as and when needed and are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. Requirements include:·  A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or other related discipline.·  Fifteen years of relevant experience in either a consulting and/or contracting capacity,·  Hands on experience of dealing with large projects with substantial and diverse capital investment.·  Excellent understanding of project management from concept to completion.·  Extensive and in-depth knowledge of building construction, repair and maintenance.·  Strong understanding of environmental considerations as they relate to the build. We are interviewing for this position NOW!
