We are seeking qualified individuals to expand our growing pipelines in the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Rheumatology, Vaccines, Infectious Disease, Neuroscience and Women’s Health.As a Director, Clinical Research and Development you will provide leadership as a medical monitor to include overall day-to-day operations, global planning, implementation and management of one or more major drug development projects within a therapeutic area. This will encompass, but is not limited to, preparing draft clinical development plans; instituting properly approved clinical protocols; monitoring study progress; carefully evaluating all results and preparing indicated reports and presentations; managing the activities of the clinical team assigned to project; and serving as a key member and leader of various Study and Clinical Project Teams. This position requires an MD degree; subspecialty training and certification in Neuroscience, Oncology, Infectious Disease, Rheumatology, Vaccines or Women’s Health is highly desirable. A research background and pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
