Responsible forinbound/outbound telephone sales of particular/assigned bank products. The incumbent is responsible for knowledge of all accounts and services offered to existing and potential customers. Communicates both verbally and in writing with other departments within and outside the division and customers on account-related matters. Assists in opening new accounts by processing proper account documentation. Also maintains customer account information Responsibilities: Responsible for inbound telephone sales of assigned Capital One products. Handles customer inquiries and new loan and/or account information. Meet established goals in regard to sales and budget guidelines. The incumbent is responsible for handling the complaint calls and work to solve the angry customers so that resolution to existing or potential problems can be resolved. Communicates both verbally and in writing with other departments within and outside the division and customers on account-related matters. Assists in opening new accounts by processing proper account documentation.Job Experience:Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED. • 1 year experience in a customer contact environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Proficient with a keyboard. Preferred Qualifications: • Understanding of PC/10key functions.• Understanding of customer service techniques.• General/Basic Understanding of banking services. • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
