Desktop Support Technician

Established in 1976 and headquartered in Dallas, Heritage Auction Galleries is the largest collectibles auctioneer and third largest auction house in the world with annual revenues of over $600 million. 

 

We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to add to our expanding IT support team.

 

Our ideal candidate will have experience with Wireless Network Client, Dell Laptops and Desktops, Remote Desktop, Citrix Client, and Cisco VPN Client. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

·         Support of Desktop Support issues, including:

o   new user and equipment deployment

o   internal application troubleshooting

o   ticket management

o   knowledge base documentation

o   cross training with other technicians. 

·         Desk side support of end users

·         Documentation of technical procedures

·         Facilitation of order requests from Desktop Support tickets for group ordering

·         Team Training

·         Special project coordination and planning

·         Research on new products for required solutions

 

Our team travels approximately 40% and is responsible for weekend on call shifts on a rotational basis.
