Currently, we are seeking a Demand Planning Specialist for our Roswell, GA Holcomb Woods 200 location. Summary: Provide leadership for the process development, tool development, and best practices for forecasting to ensure efforts contribute to the attainment of business objectives. Provide accurate market demand for a specified group of products that will allow synchronized production of mill and supplier operations, deployment of stock, reduction of inventories and maximization of customer performance.Responsibilities: -Provide process training, tool training, ongoing support, and performance feedback for forecasting team members in Health Care business -Provide accurate sales forecast-Provide process training, tool training, ongoing support, and performance feedback for forecasting team members in Health Care business -Provide updates of status to customers-Provide a demand forecasting perspective on business issues-Provide leadership for enhancing forecasting tools and processes to meet user and business requirements in a timely, cost effective manner-Train, motivate, and provide ongoing support to enhance individual and team effectiveness for forecasting team members-Establish and maintain an effective training program for forecasting position transitions Minimum Qualifications: -Bachelors degree -4 years of demand planning experience.
