Job DescriptionThe Database Production Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivery to our clients. The Production Manager manages a complex, active data warehousing project and oversees and directs the day to day responsibilities of team members in the on-going execution and delivery of database marketing projects assigned to the team.  The Production Manager will be tasked with putting detailed processes in place in support of all aspects of a production database marketing environment.  He/she will also be responsible for constant streamlining of the process to support operational excellence and margin improvement. On a regular basis, the Production manager: Implements and Manages production database and campaign processes Accountable for 100% accurate and on time delivery under tight deadlines. Communicates the status of project to various staff levels Understands client requirements, sets and manages expectations, and executes change management. Builds professional/trusting client relationships. Creates clear/precise detailed job instructions and drives process improvements. Proactively solicits current/future client needs. Performs quality checks on all finished work. Demonstrated ability to manage complex process and resources. Skills/RequirementsSuccessful Production Managers must be detail oriented, organized, and forward thinking.  He/she is always prepared for what could go wrong and how it can be avoided. Successful candidates also have: Bachelor's degree (B.
