Data Base Marketing Analyst / Sales Support
Data Base Marketing Analyst / Sales Support This position is a combination database marketing analyst & sales support associate. The database marketing position will consume approximately 60% of job responsibility by generating actionable database reports, requiring the ability to understand, interpret and communicate findings and ultimately propose and implement improved data and processes. Requirements include: • Interpreting data around key metrics with constructive recommendations. • Conduct data related tasks and special work as needed. • Attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem solving skills. • Demonstrate persistent ability to overcome obstacles. The sales support portion of the job includes supporting field sales associates for a very large customer inclusive of consumer shows, product demonstrations, and sales training. Requirements include: • Maintain / develop knowledge of our core product categories and have the ability to communicate information to management and customers. • Conduct product demonstrations, sales meetings and table top shows. • Ability to troubleshoot, uncover needs and offer solutions. • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate findings. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related experience • Some previous sales experience (experience may be gained through retail, college, volunteer work etc.). • Proficient in Excel. • Proficient in Database Marketing. • Strong customer service focus. • Passion to exceed and help out when needed. • High energy, sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and grow. • Ability to work in small office environment. • Strong time management skills. • Sense of humor.
