Outstanding leadership opportunity with an energy services company.  This position will have full P&L responsibility. Division provides fishing and rental equipment to all major and independent oil and gas  operators and service providers.

 

Requirements:10+ years senior level operations experience in the energy rental equipment industry.Petroleum Engineering/Science degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to effectively participate in multidisciplinary teams to solve customer issues.Must have excellent customer focus and orientation, people management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage customers and their expectations. Working knowledge of Excel and Word.

 

Responsibilities:Plans, coordinates, and directs operations of the division efficiently and economically.Manages resources to meet district goals through the use of division assets and manpower.Tracks actual results to plan and adjust as necessary.Operates division effectively and safely by maintaining the right personnel, equipment and procedures.Develops and maintains excellent customer and supplier relationships.Works with employees, customers, and suppliers to resolve problems in a prompt and satisfactory manner.Identifies sales opportunities; knows marketplace and competitors; stays current with new products, technology and engineering changes.Ensures required paperwork is complete, accurate, approved and submitted in a timely manner.Ensures division information and assets are properly maintained and protected.Keeps personnel informed of company policies and procedures and ensures they are adhered to.Encourages, monitors and conducts safe work operations for the facility, vehicles and job sites.Provides direction and supervision to personnel.Recommends, trains, and encourages continued employee growth and development.
