Leads teams to support the business development and services goals and is accountable for the day-to-day work of managers and/or Senior Professionals or virtual teams. Communicates strategies across IT teams and fosters collaboration. Analyzes and determines change impacts to functional team and business clients. Builds relationships with business partners to meet compliance and security regulations. Primarily responsible for the commercial treasury systems, enabling teams to provide superior customer service, and providing strategic focus on growing the business.Responsibilities: Manage large, complex, Information Technology projects by leading project teams to deliver business solutions and drive IT integration. Partner with business to develop new strategies and identify gaps in IT services and systems for clients. Manage client relationships by consulting on business needs, compliance and security standards. Provide senior level technical consulting to IT development and support teams. Develop operational support processes to ensure tracking service level agreements, assessing security risks and maintaining, testing and auditing existing systems. Provide overall leadership, coaching, and development to the team Manage budget forecasts and capital and operational expendituresJob Experience:Basic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree 5 Years experience in Information Technology Management5 Years experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking) Preferred Qualifications:Masters Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or Computer Science Project Management CertificationPrior experience in working with vendor/3rd partiesPrior industry experience working in Capital Markets environment is essential5 Years experience in Information Technology Management5 Years experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)5 Years experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructureNo agencies please.
