As a TriNet Customer Support Representative, based in the Waltham, MA office you will be managing the end-to-end process for new and existing customer accounts. In this position, you will take ownership of a set of east coast accounts with which you will work directly interfacing with all levels of personnel, supporting payroll and benefit solutions that may be unique to each customer. In addition, you can participate in special projects and cross functional process development which may develop your ability to enhance the customer service process. On occasion, you may represent TriNet at various customer sites to provide systems information, training and answer operational payroll and benefit questions. The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as a member of a team while utilizing your project management skills, will ensure success with a company that has doubled in size over the last 18 months.

As our Payroll/HR Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day benefits administration and payroll concerns for a group of larger customer companies. Company contacts from office managers to CEO’s will come to you for answers and solutions. Your expertise in determining the root cause for the customer’s issue and taking ownership of all inquiries by resolving the issue will be fully recognized.
