Customer Services Manager

The Masco Builder Cabinet Group, home of  the Merillat and Quality Cabinet brands, is one of the nation’s largest manufacturers of residential cabinetry for the home construction industry with approximately 7,000 employees and 10 manufacturing/assembly plants plus branches/service centers located throughout the United States.  We currently are seeking a motivated, detail-orientated professional to fill a Customer Services Manager position located at our Duncanville, Texas Contact Center.   Reporting to the Director of Customer Services, this position will be responsible for managing cross-functional customer services teams servicing our builder and distribution customers. Qualified candidates will have a four year degree and three to five years of experience in customer service, financial service related to residential and commercial construction and proficiency in Oracle, JDE, and Frontier as well as MS Office applications.  Selected candidate must also be familiar with Six Sigma and continuous improvement techniques as they pertain to business processes and be able to travel 20% of the time.   We are offering a competitive compensation package based on experience and excellent benefits.
