Customer Service Representative to $35K+ DOE

Job Description:Immediate need for Customer Service Representative seeking great benefits and opportunity for growth with a dynamic, well known company in the food industry. Will be responsible for daily processing of cake orders for restaurants, invoicing of all shipped products, including freight charges, monitoring customers' questions and complaints and acting as liaison between customer and various company departments, resolving all delivery and freight issues, preparing credit notes and claims for damaged and missed shipped product, communicating all product changes and updates to all restaurant managers, entering daily orders into ROSS system to generate orders for processing through EDI, etc. Must be computer literate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
