Customer Service Representative in Returns Department

We have an immediate opening in the Returns Department for a full-time Customer Service Representative.  The candidate must be an organized, detailed minded individual. 

The position entails interacting and communicating with clients and vendors.  Candidates must work well in a team environment, have the ability to multi-task; have excellent phone etiquette, along with outstanding customer service skills in order to handle a high volume of phone activity. 

Position requires at least 1 year of experience working in an office or Call Center with customer service oriented skills.  Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Excel and Outlook are a must.
