Customer Service Representative for Sports Collectible Distributor

We are a fast paced Sports Distribution company in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.  Privately owned and operated for over 18 years.  We are on the move and growing strong with a  warm and fun work atmosphere.  Candidates must have spectacular communication and customer service skills, possess high energy, and the ability to think and act quickly.



Job Purpose:
Serves customers by providing product information; resolving product and delivery problems.

Duties:
* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

* Maintains customer records by updating account information.

* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
