Customer Service Representative at Port of Houston

We need a competent, hard-working, and trustworthy individual for our warehouse customer service desk. This person must be able to work with minimal supervision and work well with others.
Individual must have high school degree ( minimum ) with excellent grammar, positive,  quick learner with operational abilities, answer phones and email, schedule truck appointments, provide driving directions, be pleasant and polite, computer literate, provide daily support to warehouse manager and  extremely detail-oriented
Work hours Mon - Fri 8-5 or 6 pm
MUST HAVE:Very strong customer service experience and customer interaction skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to pro-actively work to improve warehouse (re-organizing, room for new stock) A friendly attitude, be a team player, and have great communication skills Good problem solving skills Punctuality and dependable transportationAbility to multi task and great energy If you wish to apply please send a word document that contains a cover letter describing why you would like this particular position and detailed resume.
