Customer Service Representative - Comm/Data market

The Opportunity:As a Customer Service Rep, you will support our Comm/Data Sales Reps with front-line service of our contractors, commercial, industrial, and State customers.  We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who can handle order entry, follow up on open orders, pricing, billing, and credit/claims requests from customers to ensure total customer satisfaction.  We seek a talented person who has the aptitude to learn and apply new skills/knowledge, and has a sincere interest in a career- -not just a job. The Requirements:College degree or equivalent experience is required.  The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer relations and communications skills and be able to work with all levels of customers, management, and employees.  Two or more years of customer service experience is required, and a broad knowledge of Comm/Data products is desired.
