A company offering a 24/7 Answering Service for funeral directors in 49 states is seeking Bilingual: English / Spanish Customer Service Representatives to work at its Delaware County, PA location.

Earn $10 - $15 per hour at this full-time, direct hire position.

You will earn a reduced rate during the first month of training, which varies depending on the shift worked.

Afterwards, you will earn an hourly rate based on the shift worked.

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available.

Following the first month's training, the hourly shift pay rate is as follows: 1st shift hourly pay= $12, 2nd shift hourly pay= $13, and 3rd shift hourly pay= $15.

Job Description: Positions will include taking calls in a call center on various topics relating to funeral homes. All candidates must be compassionate as the issues they will deal with may be of a sensitive nature. 

Requirements: Candidates must be bi-lingual: English/Spanish. Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Every call must be handled with compassion, sensitivity, understanding and a sense of urgency. Professional speaking voice a must.
