Customer Service Representative

Aerotek is currently searching for multiple Customer Service Representatives in the North Fort Worth area to join a high volume call center in a nationwide financial institution.
Hours
Monday – Friday from 7a - 7p
40 hours a week with possible OT on high volume days
Possible Saturdays during busy times

Job Description
-Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their home loan accounts or first line of credit
-Assist with high quality customer service
-Handling above 40 incoming calls per shift
-Research account discrepancies and make follow up calls
-Keep clients satisfied by providing excellent customer care and maintaining solution based conversation

Job Requirements
-Must possess at least 3+ years in a high volume call center
-Mortgage/Banking industry preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Must have extensive experience handling high volume calls from clients
-Ability to work with escalated issues involving the homeowner
-Excellent customer service skills both oral and written
