Customer Service Representative Are you ready to start a new career? The Opportunity:We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Reps at our Amarillo, TX office with front-line service to customers. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who can handle order entry, follow-ups, pricing, billing and credit and claims requests from customers to ensure total customer satisfaction. We are looking for a talented individual who has the aptitude to learn and apply new skills/knowledge and has a sincere interest in a career – not just a job. The Responsibilities: · Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on all inbound and outbound calls · Provide support on product selection and application · Coordinate the prompt handling of all customer requests including, but not limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims · Assist the customer in the resolution of all disputes and claims · May participate in joint sales calls on Graybar customer base Perform other duties as assigned The Requirements A Bachelor’s degree and/or prior experience customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of customer situations, and good follow-through skills.
