ICTGroup Inc. is currently recruiting experienced customer service professionals to handle inbound/outbound telephone inquiries in our Horsham PA facility. We have multiple positions available for Inbound / Outbound Customer Service Reps to provide information and assistance in response to all inquiries. Qualified candidates will receive fully paid training, as well as extensive product knowledge. ICT offers weekly pay and direct deposit. Qualifications include completed high school diploma or GED and good communication skills. Requirements, Basic PC skills.

Immediate opening available on the Monday â€“ Friday 3:00pm â€“ 11:00pm shift and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm weekend shift. This position is ideal for College students looking to work part time hours and mature, serious minded individuals who want to be part of a program dedicated to service and quality, while working in a pleasant and exciting environment.
