Customer Service Manager

Family owned and operated ServiceMaster Clean of Alexandria, Washington, DC and Ft. Washington, MD has been serving the Greater Washington DC area since 1986.  We were one of the first response teams to aid in the Pentagon Restoration following the September 11 terrorist attack.  We are the largest ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration provider in the Washington DC area and one of the largest in the country.

Work Hours:  Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; alternating Sat 8:00 am - noon

Responsibilities:
Provide courteous Customer Service Price and submit invoices using industry specific software Determine/Analyze customer needs & service required Schedule field appointments Work with other trained Customer Service Managers Maintain Chronicle client database

 

Qualifications:
Customer Service experience preferred Must have perfect attendance Responsible and can manage priorities Flexible to handle schedule changes and prioritize time critical issues Maintain continuity

 


Computer Experience: Basic computer skills necessary.  Will train in Chronicle and Xactimate.
