Customer Service Clerk

Provide customer relations and support for a growing Municipal Contractor.  Act as a liason between customers and tree care crews. Provide general support to designated Area Manager and assistance to the Customer Service Supervisor.  



Job Responsibilities: Maintain, organize and update Contract Filing Systems Facilitate contracting functions-Mapping, Underground Alert, Data Entry, Field book preparation, list preparation, filing, service alerts, public relations, etc. Performs other clerical duties such as; sorting, copying, posting, addressing, and coordinating mailers, etc. May perform other routine duties such as typing of lables, forms, and simple correspondence, perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements  Bilingual Spanish.  High school diploma with some college courses.  High level of organizational skills Computer literacy  Basic clerical aptitude Phone System   Work Schedule 6:00am-3:00pm
