OVERVIEW:

 

The Customer Service Account Manager will be responsible for providing continuous and unparalleled customer service support to our clients, vendors and other Parago departments.  The purpose of this position is to provide a unique level of Customer Service support to our most challenging and high profile clients. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

· Direct daily interface with assigned Client base.

·This position will require an in-depth knowledge of client promotional guidelines and customer service processes.

· Work cross-functionally to resolve promotional and process issues/concerns.

·Facilitate formal client operational meetings and business review meetings with mid-level and senior level personnel.

· Developing presentation material.

· Manage and analyze contact center data and promotional data specific to assigned client base. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and pass an assessment test. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

 

· 1-2 years inbound Call Center Management or Account Management experience required.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Must be quality oriented and have attention to detail – accuracy is very important

· Good decision making skills

· Ability to follow processes with minimal supervision

· Ability to solve problems independently with minimal supervision

· Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently

· Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and diplomacy

· Computer proficiency required.

· Ability to sit for extended periods of time

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally. 

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 

A minimum of a College Associates Degree required.

Must have experience using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook. 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 

Monday through Friday; normal business hours.
