Customer Relations Representative

Syspro Impact Software, a leading OC Software Company has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Relations Representative.



Job summary: Will be responsible for assisting and supporting SYSPRO customers by telephone with inquiries and complaints, workshop registrations, requests and issues as well as sending survey’s and work on related projects as needed.



Abilities Required: Communicate effectively, demonstrate the ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills. Have the ability to develop rapport with all customers, maintain strong working relationships and handle sensitive customers with care for ultimate customer satisfaction. Will be responsible for working independently and as a team player with limited direct supervision to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Must be reliable, ethical, focused, self motivated, and ambitious. Have a customer first attitude, who is goal oriented with outstanding and professional communication and interpersonal skills. 



Proficient Skills Required: Excellent customer service and computer/typing skills required including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and as an added plus, knowledge and use of a CRM system.



Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
