The data gathered in this department is reported on a weekly basis to key executives and the company president to drive positive changes in the organization. We are looking for candidates with strong customer relations skills that have the ability to provide world-class customer service to our national customer base. On a daily basis, we help customers with hard to find products, questions about our specialty programs, and even our website. We deal with customers coast to coast every day - one customer may be from down the street, the next from Phoenix or Los Angeles. This position is located in Lincoln, RI.
