Customer Care Sales Representative Position

 

 

American Wireless, a leading distributor in sales of wireless products, mobile consumer electronics and the leading master agent in the nation, is seeking a Customer Care Sales Representative for our Sacramento Call Center. In this position they will be responsible for interfacing with customers to sale and/or service customers by handling a variety of inbound and outbound calls and functions.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

 Goal oriented individual, to recommend, present and sell appropriate products and services by responding to customer inquires and business needs for existing and new product sales and services; in accordance with established action plans while complying with operating procedures and guidelines.  Customer service oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and maintains professionalism in customer relationships.Follow up on sales leads and respond to inquires regarding our products and services, to generate business through interaction with customers. Work closely with and maintain relationships with programmers, agents, and customers. Interacts with carrier software to perform activations.  Processes sales orders, customers’ requests and inquiries in a timely manner and keeps supervisor informed of any problems/issues as necessary.Responsible for maintaining a current and thorough understanding of all consumer products, business products, and services offered by American Wireless. Order entry, FDT processing, advance shipping notices, confirm proof of delivery Educates customers and provides assistance with proper product use. Researches and resolves customer complaints. Processes customer requests both verbally and written.Maintains appropriate, accurate records.Assists other Inside Sales Associates with problem orders and complaints. Provides training to other inside sales team members.Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Hours of operations are:7am to 7pm, Mon - Fri and 9am - 6pm, Sat
