SUPERVISORS NEEDED – PEOPLE WHO CARE! 

 

 

We have immediate openings available in our facility in Amherst, NY for Customer Care Advocate Supervisors.  This position is key to our leadership team.  This important position makes a difference by assisting others to create a world without limits for persons with diabetes and their families.

 

As a member of this important team, Supervisors are responsible for the highest quality customer service for a leading Blood Glucose Monitoring System and its associated products for healthcare professionals and consumers. Your job will be to coach, mentor and develop Contact Center Advocates to lead this organization in providing the world’s best customer care.

Supervisors should be available to work all shifts. Prefer 5 years of high quality customer service experience; healthcare industry preferred. Must exhibit outstanding analytical, organizational, technical and coaching skills including active listening, empathy, precise documentation and the ability to work with others to coach in a pleasant, professional manner. A college degree or year for year substitute of supervisory experience is preferred.  Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
