JOB DESCRIPTION:

(Essential Functions)Perform analysis on customer payment rates, delinquency rates, and charge-offsGenerate new test ideas for improving our credit and billing strategiesAnalyze test results and make recommendations based on analysis Assist in creating and implementing new credit and billing strategiesMonitor, analyze and report on the performance of customer credit



SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:BS or BA in analytical field (Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.)Strong analytical, problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsNeeds to be an assertive team player Proficiency in MS Excel
