a) Provides 1st level helpdesk support: Phone & Voice mail issues, PC Software issues, PC Hardware issues, PDA/Cell phone maintenance. PC hardware installs (end-suer). b) Provides 1st level network hardware support: Phone and data cable runs, PC connectivity. c) Provides 1st level mobil user support; VPN connectivity (password), Dell liaison (hardware issues). d) Provides 1st level Cell phone user support: Email connectivity and user setup. e) New Hire setup. f) Creates and maintains user profiles (Active Directory, oracle and Phone/Voice mail). g) Maintains IT PC and spare parts inventory. h) Builds and maintains PC Ghost images. 2) Software distribution. Maintains workstations and tech-stations. Will provide support to end users regarding PC systems, network, phones, printers or any other IT related item. 3) Provide helpdesk support for Desktop software applications, operating systems and hardware issues. 4) Desktop repairs. 5) New user set-ups/modifications. 6) Phone system support. 7) Network support including cabling and troubleshooting. 8) Be prepared to assist others in the solution of difficult system problems and participate in the development of a reliable, secure and efficient environment that supports the needs of end users. 9) LAN administration, Ethernet networks, wiring, configuring hardware and software, and understanding of frame relays. 10) Procurement of laptops and desktops for end users with required configuration and maintain the inventory.
