Corporate Receptionist Needed! DescriptionWe are seeking a Director of First Impressions, extremely polished, reliable Corporate Receptionist.  This is an amazing opportunity to join a top firm where your experience is truly utilized.  Salary range dependent upon experience and skills.  Duties include: The primary responsibility of this position is to create and maintain a professional image of the Company by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to visitors, guests, employees and telephone callers. During business hours, the reception station must be staffed 100% of the time and all scheduling conflicts must be immediately reported to management. Greeting a very high volume of visitors and clients to the firm, offering to take coat, make them feel comfortable and directing them to the proper individual. Answering a multi-line switchboard, assisting callers as needed and routing the call to the appropriate individual. Manage the conference room and arrange for food and beverage as needed. Overflow Administrative projects such as filing, faxing, messenger pick up/drop off, photocopying, making name badges, light typing of correspondence and updating spreadsheets. Other projects as needed.Requirements: A stable resume reflecting a minimum of 2 years of reception experience in a corporate environment. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and greet a high volume of customers without becoming flustered. A professional, polished appearance and a person dedicated to ensure that the first impression of the firm is a positive one. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
