Corporate Contracts Paralegal

Candidate must have experience in reviewing CORPORATE contracts in order to be considered for this position. Contracts to be reviewed will be; non-disclosure, 3rd party agreements, confidentiality, customer and vendor contracts for changes. ABA certified school preferred. Required skills: -Competence in Microsoft products, particularly in MS Word and Excel -Excellent proofreading, editing, and oral and written communication skills -Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail required -Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet established time lines. -Knowledge of contracts is required and must be able to successfully handle confidential information appropriately. This is a contract position set to last 3+ months.
