American Technical Publishers, Inc. is currently seeking a copy editor. We are looking for a motivated individual to help us produce new and revised instructional materials in both print and electronic form.

Description:

 

Work with production staff to produce high-quality instructional materials. Tasks include copy editing manuscripts, proofing product content, page layout, and maintenance of style standards.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or related field. Experience in publishing, teaching/training, and/or educational material development preferred. Background in technical writing, editing, and communication a plus. Related trade experience and/or master’s degree also a plus. Good organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills essential.

 

Salary:

 

Commensurate with experience.
