Shiseido Cosmetics America, a division of Shiseido Americas Corporation, a global leader in skincare & cosmetics, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in our New York City office.

 

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

o  Assist Marketing Manger to promote Brand and execute effective Marketing Programs based on annual plan to meet Division’s sales goal. All the production is time sensitive, so production needs to be completed in timely manner.

o  PR – work with Agency to create press release and to provide effective PR Activity to increase awareness of our products/promotions.

o  Create PR Result Summary after each PR activity.

o  Media Plan – work with Agency to execute Media Plan and maintain budget.

o  Review Media Plan presented by Ad Agency and work with marketing manager to finalize the media plan.

o  Inform all divisional staff with insertion date.

o  Marketing Production – work with Marketing Manager for small marketing production.

o  Collect and analyze survey result.

o  Direct Mailer QTY

o  Hear From Customer survey

o  Voice from the field

o  Donation

o  Shipment

· Salesman Samples (New Products/Promotional Pouches)

· Products for publication, vendor, photographer etc.

· Store Ad Kit CD (Copy and ship)

· New Door marketing materials

· New Door duratran and Logo strip order

o  Office Inventory Control

o  Item Code Set Up for Marketing Materials

o  Issue Purchase Order for Marketing Orders to outside vendor

o  Update and maintain Order Form (Basic / New Door)

o  Stock Control Book and Counter Activity Record

o  Holiday Gift for vendors and Holiday Card from Marketing

o  Reserve conference rooms for Marketing meetings

 

Qualifications:Ability to conceive ideas, implements, execute, follow-up, and work through organization.Time management – to distribute necessary marketing promotional materials to the market on schedule.Communication Skill – can engage groups of people both internally and externally, and ability to inspire and promote team work.Ability to forecast department needs, vision in correlation to planned budget.Computer Skill – Excel, Word, Power Point.Native level of Korean skill
