Contracts Specialist
International Medical Device company is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to be responsible for managing domestic and international commercial and distributor contracts. Will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating and approving terms while being the primary point of contact for customers and sales teams. Coordinate with legal team for government compliance requirements along with collaborating with other departments in order to support the contract development process. Requirements: Complex contract writing and negotiation skills. At least 3 yrs previous experience.
