The incumbent will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Electrical, Software, Mechanical and Research Engineering - for Direct and Contract positions at various levels. Position will involve handling job requisitions; the dispositioning of resumes; establishing collaborative working relationships with managers; arranging and conducting interviews; negotiating pay rates; and coordinating employment offers with Human Resources. Person will work closely with Human Resources and management to finalize job descriptions, job postings, interview schedules and travel arrangements. Minimum Qualifications: - 6 years of progressive HR/recruiting experience performing full life cycle recruiting;- Behavioral Interviewing skills;- Highly skilled at sourcing engineering/technical resumes and cold calling techniques, preferrably for medical device/biotech companies;- Strong professional written, verbal communication skills;- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet search engines and recruitment databases;- Advance Outlook scheduling;- Detail-oriented and energetic individual who is skilled at multi-tasking;- Strong engineering networking skills & resources;- BS degree in Human Resources or Engineering preferred. - Experience working in an engineering design and development environment.
