Contract/Contract-to-Hire Nurse/Healthcare Recruiter
Terrific opportunity for an experienced Nurse/Healthcare Recruiter! This is a Full-Time, Contract/Contract-to-Hire Opportunity! Position will be responsible for the Recruiting activities required to meet the Company’s business objectives. The successful candidate will be customer service focused and perform all functions of the recruitment process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the Recruitment processes for all levels of employment.Develops area specific and non-traditional recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals within budget expectations.Coordinate and facilitate Job Fairs.Confers with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.Maintain the applicant tracking system.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 – 5 years minimum experience Nurse/Healthcare Recruiting & Human Resources.Ability to multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of Medical Terminology.Must have demonstrated ability to function independently with a high level of initiative.Demonstrated ability to cope with complex and sensitive situations using excellent judgment and tact.
