Contract Administrator - Call (425) 673-1300Description: Volt Services Group is partnering with Premera Blue Cross in Mountlake Terrace to hire an experienced Contract Administrator. This is a temporary to hire opportunity! The Contract Administrator is responsible for developing, analyzing, modifying, and maintaining contractual relationships with vendors providing goods and services to Premera Blue Cross. This position will primarily negotiate for Facilities, Operations and IT Maintenance, professional services and other contracts on behalf of internal customers, while promoting legal, ethical and fair business dealings with external vendors. The Contract Administrator will develop and maintain records related to all of the departments contracting activities for the purpose of reporting and proactively supporting the contract renewal process and budget activities for internal customer departments. Requirements: A qualified candidate will have a 4 year degree in Business or related field, 3-5 years contract management/ Purchasing experience or combination and experience contracting for software/ hardware. You must be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software, demonstrated success establishing preferred partnerships with vendors through strategic negotiations, strong oral and written communications skills, and experience in developing and maintaining report tracking tools.
