Job Description:• Responsible for planning, managing and directing the retail and operational activities for 18 branches throughout Iowa. • Formulate and expand business development activities.• Oversee retail banking policy implementation and evaluate branch effectiveness through financial and activity reports.• Provide sales coaching to branch sales managers.• Promote a positive banking image within the community. • Ensure customer service levels meet expectations.• Supervises Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to subordinate group.• Has impact on budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling and procedural change.• Performs general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations. Proven sales and negotiations experience. Understands sales management processes.• Experience in penetrating the market and growing market share.• Thoroughly knowledgeable on platform and teller operations.• Thoroughly knowledgeable on banks’ products and delivery channels.• Possesses excellent negotiation and sales skills.• Effective customer and public relation skills.• Good platform presentation skills with strong business acumen.• Effective leadership, management, coaching, presentation and training skills.• Effective problem solving and program management skills.• Excellent customer service skills.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Skilled in applicable computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. • Knowledgeable on the Internet / Intranet in order to obtain resource material and execute work duties.Expected Travel Time: None
