Will consider direct food manufacturer or operator experience.

Experience and Skill Set Required:

·Ten to fifteen years of marketing experience, including innovation.

· A candidate with experience fielding marketing research studies a plus.

· A candidate familiar with key vendors in the marketing research industry and their capabilities a plus.

· Open to seeing candidates who are experienced in either insights or innovation but preferably both.

· Proven record of successfully building brands

· Able to lead, train, and motivate a diverse group of individuals and talents.

· Familiarity with research modalities and techniques

· Experienced in navigating client business challenges

· Able to foster environment where others are invited to share and conceive freely

· Able to make valued contributions to new business acquisition

· Resourceful, with an entrepreneurial spirit capable of functioning within a large corporate environment

· Able to organize and plan multitude of tasks, projects and information

· Must be flexible with a strong initiative

· Computer literate familiar with Microsoft Office software

MUST HAVE FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.

 

Locations include: Chicago IL, Springfield MO, and other national locations.
