Concierge
Private dining club in Westwood seeking experienced receptionist.
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist guests with specific information and service needs in accordance with departmental and club standard operating procedures, with an emphasis on hospitality and professionalism. Responsible for main switchboard, reservations for a la carte and club events, greeting members and guests, and making sure the Reception Gallery is in good order at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greet members and guests
- Responsible for all facets of main switchboard
- Take a la carte and club event reservations
- Keep track of parking validation stickers and balance out at the end of the shift
- Type daily menu(s)
- Confirm reservations for club events
- Coat check as necessary
- Evening shift - transfer phones to answering service at the end of the day
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and database entry
- Experience handling busy phones
- Ability to multi task, handling several projects/tasks simultaneously
Available hours: 3:00 p.m. to Close, PT or FT (18-36 hours per week, including Saturdays & holidays)
