Commission Sales Product Specialist - Carmel, IN

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating high volume of sales via superior customer service and excellent product knowledge.  Create and maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

* Assist customers in all facets of the shopping experience.

* Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge.

* Qualify customers as to needs via effective use of questions and excellent listening skills,

* Utilize product knowledge, qualification skills and selling skills to match customer’s needs with appropriate product offerings.

* Demonstrate effective closing skills.

* Work effectively with other team members to utilize varied skills in order to fully service customers and facilitate sales close.

* Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings in the market.

Skills/Qualifications:

1.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

2.  Outgoing personality.

3.  Good listening skills.

4.  Ability to build repoire and engender trust without “pushinessâ€�.

5.  Typing skills.

6.  Basic computer knowledge & experience.

 

Physical Demands: 

 

* Able to lift 15 pounds, infrequently.  Mostly standing and walking.
