Client Service Representative
Claritas, the nation’s leading provider of target marketing services, seeks a Client Service Representative in our Chicago, IL office. Individual will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the Account Executives. Includes database management, report/presentation generation and software installation/training.
Responsibilities include:Receive, research, respond to and resolve clients inquires utilizing various tools and procedures. Understand client business and applying appropriate products and services to address client needs.
Requirements:BA/BS w/ background in marketing/market researchStrong GIS and database experienceStrong analytic and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office packages required
