Client Coordinator

Job Category:  Administrative/Clerical Reference Code:  US_EN_1_028168_7687332 Location:  Little Rock, AR 72223 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Job Description:Little Rock health insurance company is in need of a client coordinator.Duties include: •Support Client Managers with requested administrative work, sending reports to clients, responding to client requests or needs.•Act as a direct client contact for administrative support, problem solving, and report resources•Prepare Plan Presentations for Review and Renewal Meetings•Process all Rx overrides•Daily communication, resource person for in-house staff regarding client accounts•Work with outside vendors (Prescription Benefit Managers, Dental vendors, etc.) on plan changes, implementation, client service issues•Assist with New client Implementations and marketing development as needed•Maintain Plan records via a Client Abstract showing plan design, fees, contracts details•Day-to-day contact with brokers when information and/or assistance is needed.•Back-up on phones when Client Managers are out.Job Experience:EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
